PORTTICA (frequently referred to as Portica) is a sophisticated 21-level vertical residential development located at the entrance to Colonia Madero (Cacho), within the Golden Zone of Tijuana. This project stands out for its avant-garde design and its focus on a modern and functional urban lifestyle. Deep foundation service was carried out for the building, drilling, manufacturing and pouring 45 large piles, up to 34 meters deep with a diameter of 1.50 meters, in a record time of less than a month.
